Kristen Daniell

Kristen is a Texas native, born & raised in San Antonio. She grew up in San Antonio & then moved to San Angelo, TX for college. She played volleyball in college & met her husband, Michael Daniell, a football player at Angelo State University. After college they moved back to San Antonio & got married in 2006. Over the years they would often travel to Port Aransas to visit family & enjoyed exploring all the coastal areas! They love fishing, boating, & going to the beach. In 2015 their daughter, Presley, was born & they welcomed their son, Jackson, in 2018. They love the coast so much they decided to buy investment beach cottages in Port Lavaca at Magnolia Beach! Kristen enjoys using the homes as short term rentals. She loves sharing the coastal experience with everyone. Kristen & Michael decided to raise their children in Rockport-Fulton because of the relaxed environment, wonderful schools, and friendly people!

Kristen enjoys sports, working out, shopping, going to the beach, traveling, & sipping on a margarita! She also is a Super Host on Airbnb & loves providing a fun coastal experience at her rental properties. Kristen also volunteers & assists as needed at her children's schools & activities!

Kristen Daniell attended San Antonio Churchill High School & graduated from Angelo State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology & minor in Government.

Kristen has an extensive background in education & real estate. After graduating from college in 2004, Kristen Daniell accepted a position as a teacher/coach in San Antonio NISD. She has 12 years of experience as an educator & head volleyball coach. While teaching, she decided to get her real estate license. After having her first child, she decided real estate was her true passion so she committed to real estate full time! She has 12 years of experience in real estate & has closed over 325 transactions! Kristen is a member of the Rockport Area Association of Realtors & San Antonio Board of Realtors. Kristen has access to several MLS platforms, and uses professional photography & technology to assist her clients all over South Texas!
